Research Methodology Seminar

The Research Methodology Seminar was held on 14 January 2026 with the participation of postgraduate students from the Centre for Policy Research.
The seminar was conducted in a hybrid format, combining face-to-face sessions and online participation via Webex. Two talks were delivered by Dr. Illisriyani Ismail, titled Crafting Tools for Reliable and Valid Data Collection,” which focused on developing valid and reliable research instruments, and Dr. Dina Miza Suhaimi, titled “How to Turn Your Raw Interviews into Deep Research Insights for Academic Thesis,”which emphasized qualitative data analysis for producing high-quality academic theses. The seminar aimed to strengthen participants’ understanding and skills in research methodology.
